How do you deliver ? One good reason to use an online florist like ourselves is that we represent

Where do you deliver ? We deliver to all destinations listed on the destinations page. We can also
deliver on your behalf to any other remote or unlisted destination in India,
but some extra charges will be required depending upon the items and
proximity of destination from the nearest major city since arrangements will
have to be made to send a special person for delivery.

What are the delivery charges ? The prices stated on our website are inclusive of personal hand delivery and

When can you deliver ? We can deliver on the same within a few hours to most destinations. However,

Can I choose a specific delivery time ? You can specify a morning or evening delivery time: you must choose AM or PM
when specifying the delivery time. If you further want to state an exact
time such as 8 AM, then state it in the special instructions, and we will
try and comply with your request within a reasonable time frame. If you feel
that time is an issue, please give us the liberty to co-ordinate with the
recipient.

Flowers
It is always our endeavour to deliver products as displayed on
our website, however, in the event of contingencies of
durability or seasonal availability, we reserve the right to
make close substitutes without compromising the quality of the
product.
In the event of unavailability of a certain flower or a certain
colour, we highly recommend substitution to avoid an untimely
delivery. We assure you that the nature and quality of the
product will be preserved.
For some smaller cities and towns, florists are unable to stock
flowers of high value because of the perishable nature of the
product. In such a scenario, we recommend that our customers opt
for the more readily available varieties such as roses, gerberas
and carnations.
However, if you would prefer that no such substitution be made
in your order, please enquire beforehand about the availability
of your desired product in the city you want the order to be
delivered in, as this mitigates the chances of disappointment or
confusion at a later stage.
Cakes
Cakes, as a highly perishable commodity cannot be sent by
courier. (All India Florist) procures its cakes from the best
bakeries in that town or city. Owing to the nature of the
product, the delivered product might not be an exact rendition
of the images displayed on the website (in terms of icing and
toppings), but utmost care will be taken to deliver a good
quality cake of the same flavour. In extreme cases, where cakes
are not available in some smaller towns, the product will be
substituted with pastries in the same quantity.
In extremely warm weather conditions, where certain flavours of
cake are more susceptible to melting, we may substitute with
another flavour of the same quality and value.
In cases where the sender’s message (to be inscribed on the
cake) is too long or the design of the cake is not conducive to
the same, the message will be written on a separate card that
will be attached with the cake.
To ensure the delivery of freshly baked cakes, we only use cakes
that have been baked the same day. For this reason we do not
accept orders for early mornings.
In all the above cases, it will be our endeavour that the
substituted product will make no compromise in terms of value or
quality.
Time-bound deliveries
At certain times, especially in large cities, commuting can take
longer than usual due to increasing congestion and traffic. We
will make a sincere effort to deliver at the time specified by
you. However, we do request you to accommodate deliveries that
may take a while longer than usual.
